Winter Flowers | Illustration

 As I mentioned from the last blog-post, Peacock Orchid, that I was supposed to work on a series of winter flowers. Here is it!

This is about these particular flowers that can thrive in cold winter, they even make this grey season some bust of colours.

I picked 5 flowers to illustrate, 2 native British and 3 from other countries such as the Mediterranean and China.

The 5 flowers I've chosen are pansy, winter honeysuckle, snowdrop, winter clematis and winter heather.

So, here they are, my 5 illustrations of winter flowers;

I also did the digital version, by using my painting as originally is, with coloured backgrounds digitally.

It's fun working on this, although wasn't so sure of the look, perhaps I need to work on the edges of my painting artwork, to soften it.
Let me know in the comment what do you think of it?

Thanks for reading this and have a nice evening!
