Earth Day | Illustration

Hello lovelies. Did you know yesterday was Earth Day? A reminder for our home planet, we should be kind and do something to help. We can reduce the plastic uses, swap to reusable items, eat less meat, reduce food wastes, and plants some trees! This is the flower I painted to use as collage the shape of earth, and with two colours to tinted this flower, which give some details of water and land. Pretty, isn’t it? Have a nice day. 🌍💚

Be Kind to Pollinators | Earth Day | Illustration

Image
It's Earth Day today! Be kind to pollinators, such as bees, hoverflies, butterflies and moths, they have their job for the earth as they keep the lands greener, as well as grow many wildflowers by carrying and spreading the pollens. When I been thinking of what to paint to associate Earth Day, then remembered a photo of the large white butterfly ( it was a male, showed from his wing), sat on the pink clubbed begonia; photo shows from above. So I was inspired by this to paint, especially the bold pink petal, working on A5 and including the bumblebee. So I'm off out to the countryside, frolicking through the field full of wildflowers and watching the bees and butterflies in the air. Have a lovely day!

Cherish The Wildflowers | Watercolour paint

I do cherish all sort of wildflowers we have here, by my garden and even down the countryside field. I enjoy taking some photos of wildflowers, as well as the garden-planted flowers, that they're either vibrant, interesting and pretty. They do inspire me to draw and paint, including this watercolour paints. I replica it from the photos I took from my home garden. They haven't bloomed in my garden yet, by the way, however, there are some buds so that means they will quite soon, maybe next week. Yay. Have a nice day.

I was aware of Earth Day on Thursday, didn't know it was celebrated on Wednesday, I started painting on Thursday, finished it this afternoon! For Earth Day, I appreciate nature grows in my home country, they help all wildlife, the view of the countryside that I always take a deep breath and feel relax by looking at all these trees, flowers, greens and animals. To dedicate it, I decided to paint from the photo I took a while ago from bird watching, so I replicate from the photo. From this bird watching photograph - To this water paint -  I did this a quick painting although it took a while to dry as it will blend onto other parts, I have work on layers. As I was planning to finish it on the same day as I started, with this drying time, I couldn't finish it on the day so have to move to the next day.  I'm ver...
