International Rabbit Day | Watercolour Paint

Image
Yesterday I heard it was International Rabbit Day, as I'm a rabbit lover/obsessed, I thought I join in! So here's a very cute lop-eared rabbit. I did a quick paint with watercolour, although I have drawn this few months ago so that saved me some time, and I was using the old traditional Japanese brush I had since in college, even I have not used it for many years, I thought to use it for a quick paint. Halfway through the painting, I thought it looks messy, I ended up changing the brush size, from Japanese brush to fine detail brush, as I was adding some details in the hope of clear it up. Now it looks soft, better than I expected! Before I finish the post here, here's my foster dog, he's an Akita, interested in my painting. 😆 Have a lovely Sunday and thanks for reading! 😊

Little Chick and Colourful Easter Eggs | Happy Easter | Illustration

Image
Happy Easter! What are you planning today for Easter? Egg hunt in your garden? Eat all of the chocolate eggs? Cooking Easter Sunday Roast? Baking Easter cake? Tree Development | Illustration

The final experiment/development outcome, the idea of animals peeping through the tree. My idea of the theme of Covert is about whats inside the tree and in forest, that animals lives there mystery way. Drawn with soft pastels and black ink on hand-wash cotton.

These are some development drawing for the project of covert. With biro pen, fine line pen and HB sketch pencil, to see which work better. The idea for convert is about the slight fantasy style in the woodland, the mystery tree with woodland animals, all are British animals that i am choosing to use. I am very pleased with my drawing skill that did better than i thought, especially the birds. Got more development experiment to do at the moment, to get more idea for this project..
