Red as Robin, Green as Holly, Gold as Bauble! | Illustration
Merry Christmas! Hello you lovely peeps, it's Christmas! It's [weather], it would've been more Christmas if it's a white Christmas. The last time I posted a blog was easter time, about Easter! I have been very busy, to focus on things around me and haven't got some time to draw and/or paint, as I missed doing it very much. Though I was feeling very festive that I want to do Christmas illustration! I always have a robin and holly berries and leaves, but the material to illustrate onto is different than I normally use. Thought I could experiment on to see if that works for my Christmas illustration. I called this illustration - Red as Robin, Green as Holly, Gold as Bauble. Painting process: These colours stated in the name are the colours I use from my Christmas tree, it's the traditional colours that feel more homely and nostalgic.
