I went to London on 11th August with my mum, both younger brother and sister, a day out for my wonderful mum's birthday. Hopped onto the train at 10.26 in the morning, an hour travel to St Pancras station. The weather was really warm and sunshine, luckily. Firstly we were having a lunch in Russell Square garden, before going to the museum. Into the entrance, the building looked magnificent, either Greek or Roman style, as I have history interest of Greek and Roman. Once we went inside, we were given 2 hours to look around because we planned to go to Fortune Theatre to see Woman In Black. As we decided to go in British Museum for our spare time before theatre. Walked into the entrance from the photo above, we were draw by the enormous, majestic stair on the left side. And that lead us to the history of coins and money, we have seen the tiniest coins, the largest coins, stylish, shapes, and so on. Next room was the Greek, one of my favourite eras. They showed the jeweller...

I worked in art residence at NN Contemporary Art Gallery, in Project Space, in Northampton. I did it for five days, it was for the university project of work in progress, with the illustration course-mates. This gallery show was called Intermission.  The concept i worked on was fabric sculpture, the progress i did on day one was some wire skeletons for inside, in shape of hare. Second day was using some fabric and sewing to make some body parts. Third day was putting altogether and stuffing with cotton wool. Fourth day was continuing stitching altogether as well as stuffing.  This was on Day One was wire skeleton inside (and bit of fabric stitching), and Day Two was putting some fabric body parts together and stuffing with cotton wool. Fermynwoods Contemporary Arts This is a local exhibition I would to put my works in. Have been mentioned that this exhibition is for nature theme, will have to find out when visit it.

Two weeks later from the Halloween's Day, i went to London with the university yesterday, again! We went to British Library as they have the exhibition showing of Terror and Wonder, The Gothic Imagination. This is really as a research for the competition project, three horror stories. It was quite dark exhibition inside but it was interesting, unfortunately photographing was not allowed. With the technique styles and illustrations had inspired me for the concepts of illustration, especially from that illustration on Exhibition Guide bouche.  Metal sculpture tree from outside of the British Library. We then went to The British Museum, not far from the British Library, they hold the exhibition of Witches and Wicked Bodies. Even though i looked through the displays but not took some photos, i got distracted by the Japanese displays and took some.
