0 - 9 Photography Game | Graphic Design

This is the last project for first year in graphic design course. We were instructed to do photography practise, finding the objects that shape in number from 0 to 9. My idea of the theme to find the objects of number is nature, as the garden, tree, flower, and so on.

Here are some photography i have done.




















  







 

I looked through these photographs, worked out and then narrowed it down, i have two kind, one as garden and other as tree.

Here are my finish presentations.



It was a fun project, i enjoyed exploring the numbers outside, feel like a treasure hunt.

The Monarch | Illustration

The Milkweed butterfly, also in another name of the Monarch butterfly, inspired me when I watched BBC's Spy in the Wild Series 2 in February. In episode 2 "The North", in this scene located the mountain in West Mexico, with the Spy Hummingbird capturing the place that's considered the world's most beautiful natural gathering, where the Monarch butterflies hibernated during the winter. It was Spring, the Spy hummingbird flying around millions of butterflies resting on the oyamel fir trees (I just looked it up of what kind of tree because I can't remember what it was, hehe). When the sunshine on them, warmed their delicate wings, then started to fly. And when they fly, it was absolutely spectacular, all orange and flow through the trees. I imagined myself in there, underneath them and watching them as they migrate to North. I felt calm and delight thinking about it, it was awe-inspiring. Bloom Wildly | Illustration

It's nearly the end of May, the weather for the last week of the month has been sun shining and over 22c of temperature, such lovely weather. So yesterday, I have been painting the dog rose flowers, that just blossomed nearly 2 weeks ago! Right now they're blooming quite wildly in my home garden and the front! This bush even grows over the tree, makes it so enchanting it's like in a magical summer garden. And with the wall, this can hang further that I can go underneath it for some shade. This one is new from the front as it hasn't grown there before, so it's the first time seeing this. And it's already climbing up the birch tree! It looks nice to look at through the window, where I work on some arts, plus good for some inspirations to illustrate! Whilst I was painting, I did another timelapse video on this. Motion frame, Horse and Rabbit (my foster rabbit, Dust). Colour felt tip pens. - I worked on this for Life Drawing independent project in university (first year), I chose to work on animal motions, I like drawing animals and am interesting their movements.
