Laura Mallaghan Illustration

I went to Cyprus on 5th June with my family, for a week. The weather was so nice, sunshine everyday, and the temperature was nicely hot. The hotel i stayed was stunning, it have the pool, with pool bar, lots of sun loungers and the beach was just straight to it. The breakfast buffets were so delicious, even had little cake for breakfast. They have tennis court that we were looking forward to play. Some family holiday snaps -  I have done some sketching, observationally, and some photographs of Cyprus' trees, flowers and plants. I'm missing the Cyprus breakfast buffet and weather, holiday blue...

I only do this to experiment and really enjoying doing pattern design. You may have seen this orange tip butterfly from this blog .  Even though i have done this first pattern back in February 2014, for my competition project , looking simple pattern.  Now that i revisited this first pattern design, i tried to do in different pattern layout, just for fun. I have done two designs. The last design may looks mad as a hatter, but really, just for fun.

I have a blog post of Handmade Gift For My Bestest Friend , a snowy owl painted onto the glass frame. Now there's one onto black card, looks more contrast altogether. You can have whichever size you want of the frame, either same size as this illustration print or slightly bigger to create border.
