Laura Mallaghan Illustration

This is the final ever project for this graphic design. This blog i am going to talk about my idea, what i've made as development, and the drawing style. So, the idea for FMP is  that I am going to make a Poem book of dogs. The ideal target audience of this is for ages 3-10. With the drawing style or as you would really call illustration, i researched on some illustrator to see their illustration technique, i have looked on Lucia Emanuela Curzi, Katharine Asher and Jacqueline Bissett, their illustration all in fact are wet media techniques, such as watercolour. I worked on many layer of mixed media, such as ink, paint, fabric, oil pastel, print, newspaper collage and soft pastel. It was a mess but all study.  I use Madonna's most iconic self-portrait, as she portrayed the famous Marilyn Monroe. With the little white dress was represent as her song the Material Girl. " Living in a material world,  And I am a material girl,  You know that we are living in a material world,  And I am a material girl"
